Weekend Wisecrack


 
The menu at a South Cackalacky establishment where I ate some tender vittles last week. You learn somethin' new every day!!!!

  4. Pretty sure peaches, and macaroni aren't veggies either, but if you ask my children jello is its own food group, and hey there is always room for jello lol

  5. Ha! In restaurants around here, jello would be the normal item. There are at least ten things on that menu that I have never, ever seen around here. :)

  9. I will add that to my personal list of oddities to be found in food. One of the firsts was a restaurant in Ohio where you could order just a bowl of gravy. I dont remember the name of the establishment, but i do remember that.

  12. My little grandsons will be so excited to hear about Jello, applesauce, sliced peaches and mac and cheese all being vegetables. They probably will become vegan with this new info.
